Aircraft maintenance schedule can be checked on line and automatic reminders of approaching maintenance dates are emailed to the syndicate member responsible.
The system also calculates when hourly based maintenance is due by looking at future bookings and applying them to the current 'hours to next maintenance' figure to estimate when it will be due, again warning emails are produced.
Defects recorded against the aircraft log can be managed and rectificaion notes entered, thus a current list of outstanding defects is always available.
When making log entries that contain a defect an automatic email can also be sent to the maintenance organisation and/or the syndicate member responsible.
