The system does an automatic check every day and will automatically send warning emails as reminders of approaching licence, maintenance or insurance renewal dates as well as approaching '90 day' rule status.
The warning period for each reminder can be individualy sent, for example a warning email can be sent 14 days before a 6 month maintenance is due but 28 days before an annual is due.
